Rui-Long Monico is an independant researcher in art history, phD candidate at the University of Geneva and creative director of Candy Factory, a visual communication agency in Geneva.

Member of the armed forces, plastic artist and iconophile, he has interest in the genesis of images in contemporary society. He is the designer and creator of this exhibition's virtual museography as well as the visual identity of the Visual Contagions project - For which he explore the Unheimlichkeit concept, an esthetic shifting between uncanniness and disconcerting pleasure, ever present un Internet culture.
